Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel Breakfast Waiter to join our friendly team. This role is crucial to ensuring our guests start their day with an excellent breakfast experience. You will be responsible for setting up the breakfast area, taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This position offers morning shifts, providing a great work-life balance, and comes with the convenience of weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast dining area prior to service, ensuring all tables are clean and correctly arranged.
- Warmly greet guests and seat them promptly upon arrival.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve breakfast dishes and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with general kitchen duties as required.
- Replenish food and beverage stations, ensuring they remain clean and well-stocked.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a service-oriented attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and service stations throughout and after breakfast service.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
