Job Description
Are you looking for a hands-on role that keeps you active and working outdoors? Gutter-Vac Springwood is seeking a Gutter Cleaning Offsider to support our lead technicians in providing top-tier gutter maintenance services. This role involves working at heights, adhering strictly to safety protocols, and using specialized vacuum technology to clear gutters efficiently. We provide all necessary safety gear and comprehensive training to ensure you can perform your duties confidently and securely. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians in all aspects of gutter cleaning operations, including setup and pack-down.
- Operate and maintain specialized gutter vacuuming equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all WHS (Work Health and Safety) policies and procedures, especially when working at heights.
- Perform ladder work and utilize fall arrest systems as required, following training.
- Conduct pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure job sites are kept clean and tidy, leaving no mess for clients.
- Interact professionally with clients, answering basic questions and representing Gutter-Vac's values.
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and stocking of supplies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current Australian Driver's License (essential for career progression).
- Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Previous experience in outdoor manual labor or trades.
