Job Description
Fantastic Furniture in Osborne Park is seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Furniture Assembly Hand to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are handy with tools, enjoy practical work, and are looking for flexible hours. All necessary tools will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone keen to learn or apply their basic assembly skills. You will be responsible for efficiently and safely assembling a variety of furniture items for customer orders and showroom display, ensuring high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble furniture products according to manufacturer instructions.
- Ensure all assembled items meet quality control standards.
- Handle furniture components carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with the movement of assembled and unassembled furniture as required.
- Report any damaged or missing parts promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding and ability to use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches).
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
