Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team in Perth. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. The Front Desk Clerk is the primary point of contact, responsible for efficient check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, answering inquiries, and providing local recommendations. This position requires excellent customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude. Stable hours are a key feature of this role, contributing to a predictable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations, including cancellations and modifications.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, luggage, and local recommendations.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
