Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Estate Clearing Hand to join our dynamic team in Springwood, Queensland. This entry-level position offers varied work within property maintenance and groundskeeping, perfect for individuals looking to gain practical experience and contribute to maintaining the beauty and functionality of various estates and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing, weeding, pruning, and tidying garden beds.
- Assist with the removal of green waste, debris, and rubbish from designated areas.
- Operate basic landscaping equipment safely and efficiently after receiving training.
- Support the preparation of sites for various projects, including planting and hardscaping.
- Help with the clearing of overgrown areas and minor land restoration tasks.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe for all occupants and visitors.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and to high standards.
