Job Description
Cleanaway Waste Management Limited is seeking a dedicated and reliable E-Waste Disassembler to join our team in Redcliffe, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for straightforward, hands-on work that contributes significantly to environmental sustainability. As an E-Waste Disassembler, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe dismantling of electronic waste, primarily computers and related components, preparing them for recycling and proper disposal. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently disassemble electronic waste, including computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Sort and separate various components (e.g., metals, plastics, circuit boards) for recycling.
- Operate basic hand and power tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to health and safety.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as required.
- Contribute to the team's overall productivity and recycling targets.
