Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer support through digital channels? Amazon Australia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Customer Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience, all without making or receiving calls. This is a 100% remote work-from-home position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to one of the world’s leading e-commerce companies from anywhere in Australia. We are looking for individuals who are tech-savvy, empathetic, and possess excellent written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other digital platforms promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, order status, and company policies.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Stay updated on product changes, system updates, and company policies to provide the most current information.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools (email, chat software, CRM systems).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
