Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced concrete patchers in preparing surfaces for repairs.
- Learn and apply various concrete patching techniques, including mixing materials and applying finishes.
- Operate and maintain a range of hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare work areas, ensuring a safe and organized site.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies diligently.
- Support the team with general site duties as required.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from work areas.
Required Skills
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a labouring or construction role (even minimal experience is a plus).
- Current 'White Card' (General Construction Induction Training) or willingness to obtain one prior to starting.
- Current driver's license and reliable transport.
