Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Concierge Offsider to join our team in a premier luxury residential building in North Sydney. This part-time role involves supporting the senior concierge team during day shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and delivering an impeccable experience for residents and guests. You will be the welcoming face of our establishment, assisting with various day-to-day tasks that contribute to a seamless and upscale living environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Concierge with daily operational tasks and resident requests.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all residents, guests, and visitors.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and package deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain the pristine appearance of the lobby and common areas.
- Assist with booking amenities, arranging transport, and providing local recommendations.
- Handle minor administrative duties and support security protocols as needed.
- Escalate complex issues or complaints to the Senior Concierge promptly.
