Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Lead to join our thriving team in Wodonga. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales, leasing, and portfolio management. The successful candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven track record in commercial real estate, exceptional negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the Wodonga and wider Albury-Wodonga commercial market. You will be instrumental in expanding our commercial portfolio, fostering strong client relationships, and driving our continued growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial property sales and leasing transactions from initiation to close.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for commercial properties.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, reports, and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the company.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial property values, market trends, and investment strategies.
- Oversee the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and property performance.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate legislation and company policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of successful sales and leasing achievements.
- In-depth knowledge of the Wodonga and surrounding commercial property market.

- Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
