As a Client Care Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, patients, and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone interacting with our services, managing inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Managing patient appointments, scheduling, and registration processes.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring data privacy compliance.
- Processing administrative paperwork, including billing, referrals, and medical reports.

- Providing general administrative support to the healthcare team as required.
