You will work alongside experienced buyers, learning the end-to-end process of product selection, trend forecasting, vendor management, and inventory planning. This internship provides invaluable exposure to the commercial aspects of the fashion and lifestyle industry, offering a solid foundation for your future career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Buyers with market research and trend analysis for upcoming seasons.
- Support in preparing product presentations and mood boards.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding samples, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate product data and records within internal systems.
- Assist with inventory management and performance analysis of product lines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for product development and strategy.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
- Provide administrative support to the buying team as required.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a retail environment (e.g., sales associate) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of retail buying principles.
