Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and scan incoming bulk online retail orders according to destination and delivery routes.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during the sorting process.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as hand trolleys and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily sorting targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift packages up to 15-20 kg.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
