Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Bottling Plant Labourers to join our production team in Port Macquarie. This full-time role involves working regular shifts within our state-of-the-art bottling facility, contributing to the efficient packaging and distribution of our beloved beverage products. You will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bottling and packaging machinery under supervision.
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging materials to ensure adherence to standards.
- Load and unload materials, including bottles, caps, labels, and finished products.
- Assist with the setup, changeover, and shutdown of production lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues.
- Perform general labouring duties as required to support plant operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and WHS (Work Health and Safety) regulations.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kg repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team.
- Reliability and punctuality for all assigned shifts.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
- Forklift license (LF) or willingness to obtain one.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Experience operating machinery or equipment.
