Job Description
Are you ready to dive into the heart of Port Pirie’s most exciting nightlife scene? We’re seeking an energetic and reliable Barback / Glass Collector to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial role for anyone with a passion for fast-paced environments, ensuring our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing our bartenders to focus on crafting amazing drinks. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect and wash used glassware, ensuring a continuous supply for bartenders.
- Restock bar fridges with beverages, ice, and garnishes as needed throughout shifts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and sweeping floors.
- Assist bartenders with general setup and breakdown tasks before, during, and after service.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling bins, ensuring they are emptied regularly.
- Support bar staff in various capacities to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
