Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our Business & Finance team in Belconnen. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks crucial to our financial operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and the Business & Finance team.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as required.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within a financial or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
