Job Description
Join Ipsos as a WFH Tele-Surveyor and contribute to vital community data collection projects from the comfort of your home. This role is crucial for gathering insights directly from the community, informing a variety of studies that impact public policy, social programs, and consumer trends. You will conduct telephone surveys with individuals, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining strict confidentiality. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a tangible impact through your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone surveys with a diverse range of individuals using provided scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately record responses and data into the survey system in real-time.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy during all interactions.

- Work independently to meet daily and weekly survey completion targets.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training sessions remotely.
