Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Berry Sorters in Kingston, Canberra. This is a light work position, ideal for individuals of all ages looking for flexible and engaging work. As a Berry Sorter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and freshness of berries before they reach our customers. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Carefully sort fresh berries according to quality, size, and ripeness.
- Identify and discard any damaged, unripe, or unsuitable berries.
- Gently pack sorted berries into designated containers or punnets.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work area at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and quality control standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily sorting targets.
Required Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform light, repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
