Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Data Coordinator with a focus on Supply Chain Analytics to join our team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Australia while supporting our operations primarily in the Gympie region. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex logistics data to identify trends, optimize supply chain processes, and support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights that enhance our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and manage large datasets related to logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to present key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with logistics managers, IT, and other departments to understand data requirements and deliver relevant insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of logistics data across all systems.
- Support the implementation of new data collection tools and methodologies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on data findings and recommendations for management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain analytics processes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles
