Job Description

You will join our dynamic team and learn to provide top-notch technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our clients receive seamless service. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all paid training programs to develop technical knowledge and skills.
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat, resolving basic hardware and software issues.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Assist users with account management, password resets, and basic network connectivity problems.
  • Learn and adhere to IT service management (ITSM) best practices and company policies.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
