Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience to gain comprehensive, paid training and hands-on experience in a supportive environment. You will work alongside experienced IT professionals, learning the intricacies of managed IT services, network administration, desktop support, and cloud technologies. This cadetship is designed to build your skills from the ground up, providing a clear pathway to a successful career in IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior IT technicians with day-to-day managed service tasks and projects.
- Provide first-level technical support to clients, resolving basic hardware and software issues.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot common network and system problems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Document IT procedures, client systems, and support resolutions.
- Participate in training sessions and complete assigned learning modules to develop technical proficiency.
- Support end-users with IT-related queries, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Shadow experienced professionals to understand best practices in IT service delivery and client management.
- Adhere to IT security protocols and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
