You will be an integral part of our demolition crews, assisting with various tasks on-site, learning from experienced professionals, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled demolition workers with various tasks on-site.
- Perform manual labour duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Clear debris and maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and site regulations.
- Support site preparation and clean-up activities.
- Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Required Skills
- Australian White Card (General Construction Induction Card) – essential for site access
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous manual labour.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and safely.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety.
- Previous experience with hand tools or manual labour (even outside of construction).
