Job Description
Are you ready for an exhilarating summer experience? Village Roadshow Theme Parks is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy Theme Park Attendants for temporary summer work at our exciting seasonal attraction in Mount Gambier. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with people, and are passionate about creating memorable moments for guests. You’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring safety, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to the magical atmosphere of our park.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate rides and attractions safely, ensuring all guests adhere to safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist guests with entry, ticketing, and navigating the park.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including rides, food stalls, and common spaces.
- Process transactions accurately at retail or food and beverage outlets, if assigned.
- Respond to emergencies and first aid situations according to established procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth park operations and a positive guest experience.
- Attend all required training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a theme park setting.
- First Aid and/or CPR certification.
- Knowledge of various theme park attractions and safety protocols.
