Job Description
Join Lendlease in Warrnambool as an Entry Level Site Marshall and become a vital part of our project safety team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about maintaining a safe working environment and eager to start a career in construction safety. You will play a crucial role in managing site access, monitoring adherence to safety protocols, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations while upholding the highest safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the construction site, verifying credentials and ensuring only authorised personnel enter.
- Conduct regular site walks to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the induction of new personnel and visitors to the site, explaining safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely within the site and surrounding areas.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, providing initial assistance and reporting details to the safety team.
- Maintain accurate records of site visitors, deliveries, and safety checks.
- Collaborate with site management and safety officers to implement and enforce safety initiatives.

- Current First Aid certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Previous experience in a security, marshalling, or site-based role (even if non-safety related).
