Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training on all aspects of plant operation and safety procedures.
- Assist with the safe and efficient operation of recycling machinery and equipment, including conveyors, balers, and sorting systems.
- Monitor plant performance, identifying and reporting any operational issues or faults.
- Conduct quality checks on processed materials to ensure compliance with standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to a positive and safe working environment.
- Assist with material handling and sorting as required.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- Demonstrated strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- A current driver's license (manual preferred).
- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in machinery.
- Forklift license (LF) or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in a physical role or industrial environment (not mandatory but beneficial).
