Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Cable Pulling Labourers. This is a fantastic opportunity for hardworking individuals looking for consistent work with high pay, Monday to Friday, in the Wetherill Park area. You will be instrumental in assisting with the installation and maintenance of various cabling systems for critical infrastructure projects. No extensive prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist qualified electricians and technicians with the pulling and installation of cables (data, electrical, telecommunications) through conduits and cable trays.
  • Prepare work sites, including setting up safety barriers and ensuring all equipment is ready.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment, ensuring safe handling practices.
  • Perform general labouring duties as required to support project progress.
  • Adhere strictly to all site safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required Skills

  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
  • Basic understanding of construction site safety (or willingness to learn immediately).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid Australian driver's licence.
  • Current Construction Induction White Card (highly regarded).
  • Previous experience in a labouring or construction role.
  • Familiarity with various hand and power tools.
