Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Pharmaceutical Packers to join our manufacturing team in Maroochydore. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a clean, regulated environment and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Pharmaceutical Packer, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our product manufacturing, ensuring that our vital medicines are correctly packaged and prepared for distribution. This is a day shift position, offering a stable schedule within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect products and packaging for quality defects.
- Accurately count, weigh, and label pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Document production and packaging activities accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of packaging equipment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 15 kg.
- Commitment to safety and hygiene protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role, particularly in a pharmaceutical, food, or medical device industry.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or similar regulated environments.
- Forklift license (advantageous but not required).
- Experience with automated packaging equipment.
