Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for connecting people with valuable financial solutions? Commonwealth Bank is seeking enthusiastic Online Referral Partners to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work flexibly, earn competitive weekly commissions, and contribute to helping Australians access the financial products and services they need. As an Online Referral Partner, you will leverage your network and digital channels to identify potential customers and refer them to our expert team. This role is 100% remote, offering you the freedom to work from anywhere in Australia and manage your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers who could benefit from CommBank's products and services through online channels.
- Generate high-quality referrals for various financial products, including banking, loans, investments, and insurance.
- Educate prospects on the general benefits and value proposition of CommBank offerings (without providing financial advice).
- Maintain accurate records of all referral activities and outcomes.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines related to referrals and financial services.
- Participate in optional online training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and referral techniques.
- Build and nurture a strong network of contacts to maximize referral opportunities.

- Existing network within the Kalgoorlie community or wider Western Australia.
- Experience with CRM software or referral tracking systems.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
