Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive WFH Systems Analyst with a strong focus on WFH infrastructure to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while supporting critical IT infrastructure for our clients. You will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of remote work environments, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to infrastructure planning and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in network administration, cloud platforms, and end-user support in a distributed setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot remote access infrastructure (VPN, VDI, client software).
- Provide advanced technical support for WFH employees, resolving issues related to connectivity, hardware, and software in a remote context.
- Implement and manage security protocols and best practices for remote endpoints and data access.
- Collaborate with network engineers and cloud architects to optimize WFH infrastructure performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in the planning, testing, and deployment of new infrastructure components and software updates.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventative solutions.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution for remote environments.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role with a focus on remote infrastructure.
- Proficiency in administering Windows/Linux server environments.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration and support.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).
- Experience with endpoint management solutions (e.g., Intune, SCCM).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management principles.
- Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
