Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Producer to join our dynamic video production team in Geelong. The Creative Producer will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of engaging video content, from concept development to final delivery. This role requires a blend of creative vision, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of video production workflows. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage video production projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Develop compelling creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts for various video formats.
- Oversee all stages of production, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Source and manage external vendors, freelancers, and talent as needed.
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback to videographers, editors, and other team members.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and creative objectives.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high production standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video production.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in video production and project management.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Creative vision with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Budget management and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
- Previous experience working in a broadcast or large media environment.
- Knowledge of local Australian media landscape and regulations.
