Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist medical staff with patient examinations, history taking, and general patient care under supervision.

- Accurately document patient information, progress notes, and medical observations in electronic and physical records.
- Learn and assist with basic medical procedures, such as venepuncture, cannulation, and wound care, under direct supervision.
- Observe and support emergency medical responses and procedures.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including attending lectures and workshops.
- Maintain strict adherence to hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized medical degree program.
- Strong academic record demonstrating a solid understanding of medical principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of empathy, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for medical record keeping.
Preferred Qualifications
