Key Responsibilities
- Complete a structured phlebotomy training program with a focus on technique, safety, and patient care.
- Perform venipuncture and other sample collection procedures accurately and safely under supervision.
- Identify and verify patients, ensuring correct specimen labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe collection environment.
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service and compassionate care to all patients.
- Accurately record patient information and collection details.
- Handle and process specimens according to laboratory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors.
