Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in logistics with a leading global company? Toll Group is seeking a motivated and eager Storesperson Offsider to join our dynamic team in Darwin. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity where full training will be provided, making it perfect for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. You will support our warehouse operations, assisting with the movement and organization of goods, ensuring efficiency and safety across all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and containers.
- Sort, stack, and organise inventory within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests and packing slips.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment under supervision (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys).
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform general labouring duties as required to support warehouse operations.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
