Job Description

No prior experience is necessary, as full comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for high-quality window cleaning, including working safely at height. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced window cleaners in the safe and efficient cleaning of windows for commercial and residential properties.
- Learn and apply best practices for various window cleaning techniques, including traditional methods and water-fed pole systems.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, clean, and stored correctly after use.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies, especially concerning working at height.
- Prepare work areas, including setting up ladders, scaffolding, and safety barriers as required.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and the public.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or client concerns to the supervisor.
- Support the team in loading and unloading equipment and supplies.
