Job Description

Live Nation Australia is seeking energetic Event Ushers to join our casual team for various events across Fremantle. As an Event Usher, you will be the face of our events, providing essential support and guidance to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct patrons to their seats and facilities.
- Provide accurate information about event schedules, venue services, and policies.
- Monitor assigned areas for safety hazards and maintain crowd control.
- Assist patrons with special needs, including accessibility requirements.
- Respond to patron inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Enforce venue rules and regulations to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members and security personnel.
- Handle emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
