Key Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and scenarios to identify software bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues on various web platforms.
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable written feedback and bug reports, including steps to reproduce issues and expected outcomes.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing across different browsers and devices.
• Participate in live usability sessions, offering real-time feedback on user flows and overall experience.
• Collaborate with product development and UX/UI teams to communicate findings and suggest improvements.
• Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records of testing activities.
• Stay updated with new features and changes to the products being tested.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot minute inconsistencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with web browsers and common software applications.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
• Enthusiasm for technology and a genuine interest in improving user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with website or application testing (personal or professional).
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
