Job Description

You will be instrumental in identifying bugs, suggesting improvements, and ensuring a seamless user experience for millions worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and scenarios to identify software bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues on various web platforms.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable written feedback and bug reports, including steps to reproduce issues and expected outcomes.
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing across different browsers and devices.
- Participate in live usability sessions, offering real-time feedback on user flows and overall experience.
- Collaborate with product development and UX/UI teams to communicate findings and suggest improvements.
- Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records of testing activities.
- Stay updated with new features and changes to the products being tested.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot minute inconsistencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with web browsers and common software applications.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a genuine interest in improving user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with website or application testing (personal or professional).
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Experience using bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- A foundational understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Ability to think critically and offer creative solutions to identified problems.
