Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-time Wholesale Warehouse Hand to join our Rockhampton distribution center. This role involves general warehouse duties on a day roster, focusing on efficient goods movement, stock management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring that products are accurately processed and dispatched to our valued customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time work within a dynamic wholesale operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders according to picking lists and ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trolleys (training provided if necessary).
- Perform quality checks on goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Prepare goods for dispatch and assist with loading trucks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and and as part of a team.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Current forklift license (LF or LO class).
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of wholesale distribution processes.
