Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Plasterer’s Labourer to join our dynamic team in Swan Hill. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively under supervision. You will be instrumental in assisting our experienced plasterers on various residential and commercial projects, ensuring efficient workflow and a high standard of finish. Key Responsibilities
- Assist plasterers with the installation of plasterboard, cornice, and other plaster products.
- Handle and transport materials, including plasterboard sheets, compounds, and tools, safely and efficiently.
- Prepare work areas, including setting up scaffolding, drop sheets, and protecting surfaces.
- Mix plaster compounds and prepare tools as required by the plasterers.
- Maintain a clean and organised work site, removing debris and waste regularly.
- Load and unload materials from vehicles.
- Perform general labouring duties as directed by the site supervisor or plasterers.
