Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team in Lavington, Albury. In this ongoing role, you will be instrumental in supporting the bank’s adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies within the financial industry. You will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and advising on compliance matters, contributing to a robust risk management framework. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor changes in regulatory landscape and assess their impact on bank operations.
- Develop, implement, and review compliance policies and procedures.

- Provide advice and guidance to business units on compliance-related queries and requirements.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of compliance breaches.
