Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Remote Travel & Tourism Support Agent. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and guidance for their travel inquiries. Working from the comfort of your home, you will assist with bookings, offer destination advice, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every traveler. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and services.

- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and company product offerings.

Required Skills
