We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shredding Machine Operator to join our team in Bradfordville, Goulburn. This is a secure data role where you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial shredding equipment, ensuring the confidential destruction of sensitive documents and media. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial shredding machines according to established safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Load and unload materials (paper, hard drives, electronic media) for destruction.
  • Ensure complete and confidential destruction of all materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Accurately record volumes and types of materials shredded.
  • Adhere strictly to all company security and confidentiality policies.
