Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians and engineers with various tasks on-site.
- Learn and apply technical procedures and safety protocols.
- Support the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform general labouring duties as required to facilitate project progress.
- Conduct routine checks and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety standards and regulations.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Current driver's license and reliable transport (for regional travel).
Preferred Qualifications
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in technical fields.
- Previous experience in a labouring or physically demanding role.
- First Aid certification.
