Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians and engineers with various tasks on-site.
  • Learn and apply technical procedures and safety protocols.
  • Support the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Perform general labouring duties as required to facilitate project progress.
  • Conduct routine checks and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety standards and regulations.

Required Skills

  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Current driver's license and reliable transport (for regional travel).

Preferred Qualifications

  • White Card (Construction Induction Card).
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in technical fields.
  • Previous experience in a labouring or physically demanding role.
  • First Aid certification.
