Job Description

Join BHP as a Student Tech Intern with a focus on Cybersecurity & Risk in Port Hedland, Western Australia. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a critical area of information technology within a leading global resources company. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of cyber risks, helping to secure our operational technology and corporate systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the identification and documentation of cybersecurity risks across IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of security controls and measures.

  • Help maintain and update security documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to awareness programs by preparing and disseminating cybersecurity best practices.

Required Skills
