Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Assets Coordinator to join our finance team in Esperance. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the effective management, organisation, and governance of all digital assets critical to our financial operations and communications. This includes ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance of digital records, documents, and multimedia content. You will work closely with various departments to maintain a robust and secure digital asset library, supporting our commitment to operational excellence and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of digital assets, from ingestion to archival, ensuring proper categorisation and metadata tagging.
  • Implement and enforce digital asset management (DAM) best practices and governance policies.
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, legal, and IT teams to facilitate asset sharing and usage.
  • Ensure all digital assets comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain the integrity and security of the digital asset library, including access controls and versioning.
  • Provide training and support to staff on DAM system usage and digital asset guidelines.
  • Audit digital assets regularly to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
  • Assist in the migration and integration of digital assets across various platforms and systems.
  • Report on digital asset usage, performance, and compliance metrics.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Understanding of data governance and compliance principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a financial services or highly regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with financial terminology and digital content types.
  • Knowledge of copyright and intellectual property rights.
