Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Chat Support Agent to join our customer service team. This is a part-time, flexible role perfect for individuals who excel at written communication and problem-solving. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, technical support, and account management through live chat. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities
