Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator for a high-volume, remote position. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, supporting various departments within the bank. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing speed, accuracy, and a strong work ethic to manage large volumes of data efficiently from their home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting large volumes of data from various sources into our internal systems.
  • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, correcting discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Organizing and archiving documents and data according to company policies.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data entry progress and issues.
  • Adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards for all data entry tasks.
  • Performing regular data backups to ensure data security.

Required Skills

  • Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of data efficiently.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to data confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-volume data entry role, preferably in financial services.
