Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote call centre team as a Part-time Evening Shifts Call Centre Agent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, providing essential support to our customers during evening hours. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, assisting with account management, technical support, and general customer service. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals looking to gain experience or seeking flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Optus products, services, and promotions.

Preferred Qualifications
