Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Project Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of multiple projects by providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support. You will work across various tasks, contributing to project success in a 100% remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and presentations.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Assist project managers with resource allocation, tracking, and communication.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively escalating issues.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring timely information flow.
- Support data entry, analysis, and report generation for project performance metrics.
- Handle general administrative tasks as required to support project objectives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
- Certification in project management fundamentals (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation).
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
