Job Description
Are you seeking an immediate start in a hands-on role within a dynamic industry? oOh!media is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Subiaco team as a Signage Loader. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, eager to learn, and contribute to the successful execution of our outdoor advertising campaigns. You will be instrumental in the preparation, loading, and unloading of various signage materials, ensuring our displays are always fresh and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload signage materials, tools, and equipment onto and off company vehicles.
- Assist installation teams with the setup, changeover, and dismantling of advertising displays at various outdoor locations across the Perth metropolitan area.
- Perform quality checks on signage materials, reporting any damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in the warehouse and on job sites.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Operate basic hand tools and potentially power tools under supervision.
- Complete daily administrative tasks, including material tracking and job completion forms.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to regularly lift and carry objects up to 25kg.
- Excellent punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Commitment to workplace safety and safe manual handling practices.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A valid Australian driver's license (essential for site access).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manual handling, warehousing, or outdoor operational role (even if informal).
- Basic familiarity with common hand tools.
- Forklift license (LF class) would be an advantage but is not required.
- An understanding of logistics or inventory management principles.
