Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Servers to join our team in Port Hedland. As a Counter Server, you will be the face of McDonald’s, responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for every customer. This role involves taking orders, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the counter area, dining room, and restrooms.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
